What is a House Church?
Since the very beginning of the Church, Christians have been meeting together in homes!
Illinois has slowly been reopening. Local businesses and restaurants have been able to accommodate people better, and many churches have reopened as well. This new phase for Illinois also made it possible for Cornerstone to step into a new phase as well.
Although we have not resumed in-person services at Shiloh or O'Fallon, many in our congregation having been doing House Church (since June 14, 2020).
Now, what is a House Church?
A House Church is a group of people who watch Cornerstone's online service together in a host home. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a community as we prepare to relaunch our physical campuses. If you would like to be connected to a House Church in your area, you can contact Chad Brown at email@example.com or fill out the form here:
Please allow 48 hours for our team to place you in the appropriate House Church
If you're still uncomfortable with the idea of being among other people-- THAT'S OKAY! There is no pressure on you to do that at all. We completely understand that everyone is personally at a different comfort level with this pandemic. If you are still hesitant about meeting with others (even a small group in a home), it is completely okay. Your safety and comfort is important to us. Feel free to continue worshiping at home with your family.
