Enjoy this special Note from our Pastor of Operations, Josh Mehrle.
“Your account has been locked, please contact support for further assistance.” At least once a month I get a message like this. I’m trying to log onto an account that I don’t use very often and whatever password I believe it to be has failed me. Once again, I’ve forgotten the password and now my account is locked and I’m going to have to make that dreaded phone call to customer support. I’ve tried all our family passwords (I’m not the only one with two passwords for everything, right?), none seem to have worked and my face didn’t work either. It’s at this point I’m contemplating whether I really need whatever it is I am not logged into.
I can’t be the only one that has a love hate relationship with technology. Truth is, I love technology more than I hate it because so much of it simplifies life. And while logging on can sometimes be a problem, I’m grateful for technology that automates the process 95% of the time. I love being able to set something up and forget it, like paying bills each month or queuing shows that I like to watch. I love being able to connect with others from around the world and not just talk to them but see their face. So yeah, it’s more love than hate.
This weekend marks the unofficial start of summer. School is wrapping up or done and vacation, travel, and summer rhythms are on everyone’s mind. I’d like to encourage you to stay connected to your church in two ways this summer.
Stay connected and be a part of it, you will not regret it.
For His Glory,
Josh Mehrle

This weekend marks the unofficial start of summer. School is wrapping up or done and vacation, travel, and summer rhythms are on everyone’s mind. I’d like to encourage you to stay connected to your church in two ways this summer.
- Keep up with the weekend service by watching online if you cannot be here. You can watch us online at 10:30am each Sunday from wherever you are. You can watch at Cornerstone Anywhere or on Facebook and YouTube by searching @onecornerstone. We love having you with us each weekend and if we can’t do it in person, we would love to worship with you online.
- Automate the important. Set up your giving to automatically happen each month, just like you would any of your other bills. Tithing is a part of discipleship and the call that has been placed on our lives as His disciples. This summer don’t miss out on being a part of what your church is doing by making sure your giving supports the work being done all summer long. Your giving matters, it impacts lives, and brings about transformation and connection to Jesus for those that don’t know him. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be a part of that this summer. You can do that here.
Stay connected and be a part of it, you will not regret it.
For His Glory,
Josh Mehrle
